Training and capacity building programmes are an efficient and effective way of addressing common issues found in the supply chain.
We run a range of programmes, from web-based seminars, to interactive workshops and conferences, to in-depth capacity building programmes that take place within the factory.

China – working towards a living wage. We’re working with local and global partners to increase workers wages, whilst improving management and production systems.
India – education programmes for workers. Our work at grassroots level to understand and address challenges faced by workers in communities where our products are made.
Bangladesh – better places to work. Our programme with a local grassroots NGO to promote workers’ rights and to improve working conditions and management systems.
