Primark Stores announces software purchase

Primark Stores announces that it has agreed to buy new software designed to help the company manage its suppliers more effectively by facilitating the efficient management of Primark’s extensive independent auditing programme.

The company has signed an agreement with BSI Management Systems for the provision of its Entropy Software. This web-based supply chain audit, compliance and performance management software is designed to simplify the management of supply chain compliance with ethical standards.

The investment in Entropy Software is part of Primark’s ethical trade strategy, allowing supplier audits, non-conformances and remedial actions to be managed with greater visibility and management control.
